Piace FAQs: Q: How is Piace Internet Services different from AOL ? A: Piace is a locally owned Internet Service Provider (ISP) so we provide direct access to the Internet and a real person to talk to if you have problems. Companies like AOL also provide you direct access to the Internet and offer other special "Members only" features. However, the special "Members only" features are typically not worth the extra cost for monthly access and support is often limited. Q: I'm switching to Piace from my current internet provider. What changes do I need to make to my computer settings? A: Please follow the simple instructions below and in just a few minutes you will be connected to the Web through your new Piace Connection. 1.
